The Ground Flare Project has been awarded to SPG for the Basic and Detail Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning and technical assistance for the Ground Flare with a height of 16m and a combustion capacity up to 130 MW/h.
Purpose of the plant consisted of collection of natural gas from different Iranian fields, separation and filtration, in order to eliminate condensable hydrocarbons and delivery to Turkey. Inlet line to the plant and separation system are designed for operation at 72,4 bar.
The Inlet line is 40” connected to slug catcher, consisting of 4 line with 109m length, each, in which recover condensable fractions. Natural gas without condensation, is directed to a group of 3 filters separators, for deep purification. At the outlet from separators, the gas is collected in one header of 40” and directed to 5 gas metering units fitted with flow computers (max capacity 10 billion cm/y).
Demcolec awarded Prematechnik, an affiliate of SPG, a 100 meters guyed Flare System for a Power Plant. The scope of the project included: Basic- and Detail Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning and technical assistance.
Linde awarded the elevated Flare Project for TOP Rayong to Prematechnik, which is an affiliate company of SPG. The scope of the project included the Basic- and Detail Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning and technical assistance for three riser structure, 9 burners, serving several petrochemical plants, vertical supports of staircase and central support structure are designed as pipes and serve as risers as well. The Elevated Flare has a height of 125 meters, a weight of 145 tons (Material CS/SS). The Flare is self supporting.
For the Petrochemical Complex of Petrokemya in Janbu, KSA Mitsui awarded the Elevated Flare System (4 x 900t/hr) to Prematechnik which is an affiliate company of SPG. The scope of this project includes Basic- & Detail Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning and Technical Assistence.
The combined Burner Unit of a 165m high flare, consists of a main burner PT-DKCS 60”/70” and a burner designed especially for smokeless and noiseless combustion of heavy hydrocarbons. Specialty is the Derrick Structure; Material CS/SS with a weight of 850t.
