Reconciling this with climate protection, reduction of emissions and decarbonisation is the great technical and engineering challenge of our time.

 

Hardly any other industry is confronted with such major upheavals. Design & Engineering

The support from the specialist departments of our engineering team is available to the operational units throughout the entire construction process - starting with the acquisition phase, through tender processing and execution planning, to execution. The benefit of these services is consistent value engineering.

 

Design Coordination

Good planning is the backbone of every project. It provides the basis for a well thought-out, economical and error-free implementation. It ensures quality in accordance with the contractual basis, provides support in advising the client side and takes their ideas into account.

 

Cost Management

Our systematic cost controlling ensures the transparent presentation of construction costs in all phases of the project. So that the budget status can be reliably used as a basis for control and decision-making at any time.

 

Time Scheduling

The goal is to meet the planned execution deadlines. Complex construction projects with numerous interfaces are structured in terms of construction operations by experts in process planning and the processes are coordinated chronologically. Competent monitoring of the planning and execution process as well as the preparation of target/actual comparisons enable a timely evaluation of the performance target.

 

Procurement

Purchasing plays a central role. With our purchasing structure in Europe, Middle East and Asia within the group, we combine regional market knowledge with strategic, cross-project approaches to achieve the best and most economical suppliers and subcontractors at the right time

 

Risk Management

Partnership-based construction creates the framework to react faster and more flexibly to new influencing factors. Conventional contracts offer little incentive for this.

 

Quality Assurance

We realise the contractual, economic and on-time implementation of the project through a coordinated, tested approach and precise advance quality planning. In this regard we are audited by Llyods Register and we are audited acc. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000:2015.

 

HSE

The highest goal is to carry out construction projects without compromising safety, health and the environment through preventive planning and anticipatory measures in coordination with our respective partners. SPG is certified by Llyods Register according the SCC-P and is passing regular audits.

 

Collaboration

All our offices are communicating and exchanging documents on a common electronic platform makes the cooperation of all parties involved in the project more transparent and efficient.
